Property faces the beachfront with easy access to restaurants. The pool was huge and warm, perfect for the kids. Our apartment was spacious with all the amenities we needed. The staff were really helpful too! 🌊

The One-Bedroom Apartment with Ocean View offered a spacious layout with an impressive shower that had good pressure and hot water. Comfortably furnished, the apartment included ample storage space for clothes.

The reception can feel distant from the rooms, which may require lugging your own bags back and forth. Cleanliness wasn't always top-notch, as some lightbulbs were out, and the furniture was below expected quality. Limited kitchen amenities were frustrating, such as a microwave on inadequate support instead of a proper oven, and the lack of a reliable TV guide made entertainment a hassle.

the location was vaguely okay, but it honestly took ages to find out how to discover any shows on the TV. my birthday was a disaster as my room key didn’t work, and was moved to the back. a welcome gift or some special treatment would have absolutely been in order, but this hotel just doesn’t do that apparently.

Had a great time here! The pool area was fantastic, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed an early morning dip in the Coral Sea and explored nearby restaurants. The tour desk even helped us with local trips.

We experienced a musty smell in our initial room that needed addressing. Despite mentioning it, the reception didn't resolve it immediately. Luckily, we were eventually moved to a more comfortable space.

the view was lovely,, but the room's layout felt cramped. clean room with amazing pool views. pleasant staff--room service was quick. fantastic heated pool for swimming and relaxing. A central palm cove location!

The pool area was stunning and well maintained. The apartment had a washing machine and dryer, which were incredibly convenient for freshening up our clothes. We enjoyed the direct access to a fantastic sea view from our balcony, making our mornings delightful.

There were minor issues in the room that seemed to have been overlooked during cleaning.

I loved that I was upgraded to an ocean view apartment complete with a kitchen allowing me to whip up breakfast and pack lunches for my walks through the beautiful tropical bush. I enjoyed how the hotel is just a short walk from vibrant dining spots like Maharaja's Restaurant and Portofino, all perfect for post-stroll meals.
